"State Farm and this office dropped our auto policy because my wife had her 1st accident in 30 years. They even attempted to give us a lowball offer for our totaled SUV, BEFORE THEY EVEN LOOKED AT IT! We rejected it, and they had to pay us what it was actually worth. I recently read an article that described this as being a very common practice from State Farm. We were told our autos were cancelled for 2 years. * THEN 6 months later they denied a homeowners claim for hail damage to our roof AND gutters. This was our FIRST EVER homeowners claim (we're in our early 60's). We were given, not offered, an amount that didn't even cover our $3,300 deductible, when our roof and gutter replacements should have been paid for. MANY of our neighbors were covered by their insurance companies for the same damage from the same storm, and got their rooves and gutters replaced. This includes one of our NEXT DOOR neighbors, AND the one DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET! A request for a 2nd inspection / claim review, was DENIED. * THEN this office called wanting us to insure our autos with them again after only 8 months of them dropping us, and wanting a crazy premium that was more than double what we were paying before, and MUCH MORE than we're paying with our new company. They also informed us that our homeowners would be going up $900 (40%) if we didn't insure our autos with them AGAIN. I said "we won't pay MORE than what we are now, to go back to State Farm, and we'll be switching our home to our new company soon". * THEN 10 months after they dropped us, and 2 months after the last extortion call, this office called AGAIN to inform us AGAIN that our homeowners would NOW BE GOING UP $1100 (50%) if we didn't insure our autos with them AGAIN! After the way you've treated us!? AND you want us to pay more, too? Who do you think you are? They dropped our autos, then wanted us to come back only 8 months into the 2 year cancellation wait period, AND before our homeowners expired, in a weak attempt to coerce more money from us. State Farm is THE WORST BY FAR. Good luck if you have a claim! Even if they do pay, it won't be nearly sufficient or fair!"

"I reached out to Erika for quotes and more info and she responded to me quickly and was so helpful. She saved me $400 a month on insurance moving to Julie's team. I switched from Progressive because the customer service was not there and I have had nothing but outstanding customer service since I switched. If you are on the fence just do it!
