"I got a letter from my condo association saying that because of a hail storm the entire complex would have to be re-roofed
The next sentence floored me. Each owner would be assesd $11,000.00 as their share of the deductible. Next the letter said to check with my insurance agent to see if I had "loss assessment" coverage. I had never heard of loss assessment coverage. But when I contacted my agent I found out that Erika Boyd had added it to my policy. I was covered for $10,000.00. I can't tell you how happy I was at that moment. To have an agent look out for my best interests on something I didn't even know that I would ever need is INCREDIBLE. My highest compliments to Erika Boyd at Julie Stoll's agency in Merriam, Kansas."
